Michael Monson
With a career spanning over 25 years in logistics, Michael has held every position in non-asset-based logistics, eventually founding two successful logistics companies. Recognized with awards like "Entrepreneur of the Year" and "Outstanding Business of the Year," he launched Top Talent in 2009 to connect top-tier talent in logistics and beyond.
One of his proudest placements involved a top sales executive who he coached for a year before landing him the highest-fee placement in company history.
Outside of work, Michael enjoys restoring vintage items from the '40s to '60s and once tried his hand at stand-up comedy.
